We are indeed what we eat! Life without food is unthinkable, and hence it has so much importance in our daily routine. There are people who eat to live while there are those that live to eat. People such as these are foodies. Their day starts with wondering what to eat and ends wondering what to eat on the next day. Such is the love for food, that makes life possible. Ashwini Radha Krishna, the actress who plays Rasathi in Oru Oorula Oru Rajakumari, is one such person, who loves to gorge on delicious food preparations.
Ashwini loves all kinds of food preparations – be it American doughnuts, South Indian Dosas, Gujarati Khandvis or Italian Pasta. We came across one of Ashwini’s Instagram posts on creamy pasta, so we decided to share the recipes of a few varieties with you. We have some of the Pasta recipes made by master chef and Padma Shri Awardee Sanjeev Kapoor for you. But before that, we will tell you how to make creamy pasta at home.
For making Creamy Pasta, you need:
Pasta, mayonnaise, mozzarella cheese, steamed corn, parsley, olive oil, salt to taste and Italian seasoning.
Here’s how you can make it:
Boil some water and pour raw pasta into it after adding a few drops of oil so that it doesn’t stick. Once, pasta is cooked, strain it and keep it aside. Then, in a pan, heat some oil, add steamed corn and parsley. Then add the pasta and stir well. Add mayonnaise, grated mozzarella cheese and stir well once again. In the end, add salt as required and Italian seasoning to get the flavours of the herbs. Serve hot.
